James Fiske

With nearly 30 years of experience James brings an enviable depth and breath of knowledge to the forum. James has spent the last 15 years working as Captain and more recently as Owners Representative. He is passionate about leadership and developing positive onboard cultures. James speaks, on occasion, with the Super Yacht Leaders Network on a range of important subjects. Career highlights are taking the 1929 classic motoryacht Haida 1929 into the Alaskan wilderness in 2024. This was a trip that was 2 years in the planning with the owners and crew.
James now runs a small Consultancy firm, Tillow Marine, advising owners, crew and at times management companies on all aspects of the industry.
